Overview:

It is located in the central district of Kagithane. The area that is undergoing renovation and re- development. This unique location offers easy access to any part of the city since the Metro line is walking distance away. It is expected to finish in 2020.

What are the project’s features?
The project is built on a land area of 3200 square meters, 12% of which is dedicated to green spaces. It has two blocks consisting of 169 residential units.
